As a small independent developer/builder we are fully involved in the design and layout of each property we build. This
enables us to offer a more personal build experience rather than the impersonal 'off the peg' build of larger developers.
Due to our involvement with the design of each property, we are able to offer properties of individual design and layout that will not be duplicated across any of the properties we have built.
We are often called upon by friends and associates to provide advice and guidance on various build projects and do so on a consultancy basis.
